The “Shiluv” program is designed for Israeli high school graduates. This is the first program to combine a full three-year military service in the I.D.F with two years of intensive Torah study. Only the very highest caliber of student is accepted to this program. Some of the students continue their studies in Yeshivat Hakibbutz Hadati after completing the five-year program. Some go on to receive semikha from the State of Israel’s Chief Rabbinate and many of them also graduate with a B.Ed and a teaching diploma from the Herzog teaching college.
